Shipping details

We offer three purchase options: 1) a one-time purchase, which includes a once-only shipment of your chosen product; 2) a subscription to a small product variant (30 day or 25ml), which includes shipment of that product every 30 days; and 3) a subscription to a large product variant (90 day or 75ml), which includes shipment of that product every 90 days.

You're Looking Well offers free standard delivery (2-4 days) on any purchase over £40 and for any purchase including a subscription. For orders under £40 customers are able to choose either Standard delivery (2-4 days) or Express delivery (1-3 days). 

Currently all orders are fulfilled and delivered using Royal Mail or DPD and we are shipping only to customers in the UK. 

Returns policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging and without the tamper-proof seal broken.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Money-back guarantee

A money-back guarantee is available on one-time purchases and on subscriptions. As our skincare and supplements are designed to work at a cellular level, results do take time. As with most supplements, commitment and consistency are essential, we recommend committing to the below timelines to see and feel the full range of benefits:

Day Pill – 12 weeks
Night Pill – 6 weeks
Day Cream & Night Cream – 30 days

As long as you notify us within the above specified timeframes after your first purchase, we will provide a full refund. Unfortunately, requests for refunds after the above-mentioned timeframes, we may not always be able to offer a money-back guarantee.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
